Shanghai Baoshan Jinfumen PARK 1287 – Full-Scenario Creative Display Project
Sep 03, 2026

Located in the heart of Mudanjiang Road in Shanghai's Baoshan District, Jinfumen PARK1287 stands as a landmark urban renewal commercial project within the Songbao business district. With a total floor area of approximately 81,000 square meters—including 45,000 square meters of commercial space—the project adopts a "Peony Theme + Park-style Retail" concept. It creates an urban leisure destination that integrates specialty dining, trendy retail, entertainment, and lifestyle amenities. Anchored by major tenants such as "Huipincang City Outlet" (Shanghai's largest of its kind) and serving a resident population of over 410,000 within a 3-kilometer radius, the project sets a benchmark for commercial upgrades in northern Baoshan and represents the region's first park-style experiential commercial complex.

Lanyi created a comprehensive, creative display solution tailored to the project's atrium and public areas, utilizing a variety of devices to meet specific spatial requirements:

**Mechanical Rotating Screen:** Deployed in the central public area, this 360° programmable mechanical rotating screen breaks the monotony of traditional static displays through dynamic physical rotation. Its rugged mechanical aesthetic aligns with the mall's youthful, trendy positioning. Capable of switching rotation modes and content based on festivals or brand themes, it serves as a dynamic visual focal point that effectively draws in crowds.

**Load-bearing Cylindrical Screens:** Custom-designed cylindrical screens wrap around two structural load-bearing columns, transforming them into digital display canvases. The seamless 360° wrap-around display softens the rigidity of the architectural structure while looping brand advertisements and event information, thereby achieving a dual purpose of aesthetic enhancement and commercial promotion.

**Five-Panel Screen Array:** A foldable, modular five-panel screen system allows for flexible display configurations based on event requirements. The panels can operate independently or combine into a large, synchronized display, accommodating diverse scenarios such as pop-up events, brand promotions, and temporary exhibitions. Its portable, mobile nature ensures an efficient response to the mall's dynamic operational needs. **Atrium Extra-Large Wall-Mounted Poster Screen:** An oversized wall-mounted poster screen is installed on the central wall of the atrium to serve as the mall's primary visual display. Its high-definition, crisp display showcases key content—such as brand imagery, mall-wide events, and seasonal themes—while the expansive screen dominates the atrium's field of view, ensuring highly effective information delivery and acting as the visual focal point and information hub of the space.

This solution seamlessly integrates the mall's "park-style" spatial ambiance with the operational need to appeal to a younger demographic. By organically combining architectural structure, public space, and digital display technology, the design not only enhances the mall's overall sense of modernity and trendiness but also provides a flexible, versatile platform for digital content and operations.
